Permanent Collection
The No. 001 Archive
Serial No. 001 of every issuance is retained permanently by the Constitution State Mint archive and is never sold.

A Physical History of the Mint
Over decades, the archive builds a complete physical record of every denomination, design, metal, finish, commemorative and annual issue the Mint produces.
The archival rule is documented from the first issuance, not improvised later. In time the archive could become an exhibit in the Mint's workshop or a local historical display.
Every issue accounted for. Every mintage published. Every retirement disclosed. No undisclosed issuance.

Mintage is Never Exceeded
An announced mintage is never exceeded. A prior year's published issue is never diluted by restriking identical dated pieces.
No Undisclosed Issuance
Buybacks are public and rule-based. A retired piece never returns to circulation.
